Return Policy

At, our top priority is to provide excellent support to our customers when it comes to return services. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with the product(s) they purchase, which is why we offer a TechProtect 30-day product guarantee. If you receive a new and unopened item and are not satisfied with it within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full amount minus the shipping cost. If makes a shipping error and sends you an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your refund to be processed, which includes the time it takes for the item to be shipped back to us, an authorization check, and the processing of your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. In the event of an error on our part, where you received an incorrect or defective item, we will also cover the return shipping cost and send out the correct item to you using upgraded shipping.

Please note that all subscriptions require a 30-day notice of cancellation and are non-refundable.

Electronic Delivery

To ensure that the product has not been tampered with or activated, will verify the product/license key with the manufacturer. If the product passes this verification process, we will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment.

  • Open License - may charge a 15% restocking fee on Open License orders that have been submitted to distribution or fulfilled.
  • Retail Licenses - may charge a 15% restocking fee on retail orders that have been fulfilled.
  • Anti-Virus - may charge a 25% restocking fee on Anti-Virus orders that have been fulfilled
  • Retail Boxes - may charge a 15% restocking fee on retail box that have been fulfilled. If the item has been activate, we can not resell this item or provide a refund. Damaged products will be at the discretion of the store.


  • a. Agreement term and termination. This agreement will remain in effect until the expiration, termination, or renewal of your Subscription, whichever is earliest.
  • b. Subscription termination. You may terminate a Subscription at any time during its Term; however, you must pay all amounts due and owing before the termination is effective.
  • (i) One-Month Subscription. A Subscription having a one-month Term may be terminated anytime without any cancellation fee.
  • (ii) Subscriptions of more than one-month. If you terminate a Subscription within 30 days of the date on which the Subscription became effective or was renewed, no refunds will be provided, and you must pay for the initial 30 days of the Subscription, but no payments will be due for the remaining portion of the terminated Subscription. If you terminate a Subscription or Services at any other time during the term, you must pay for the remainder of the Term, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Online Services or Other Subscriptions. For all other Subscriptions, if you terminate a Subscription before the end of the Term, you must pay a fee equal to one-month's Subscription fee and you will receive a store credit of any portion of the Subscription fee you have paid for the remainder of the Term; provided, however, no refunds will be provided for partially unused months.
  • Suspension. We may suspend your use of the Online Services if: (1) it is reasonably needed to prevent unauthorized access to Customer Data; (2) you fail to respond to a claim of alleged infringement under Section 5 within a reasonable time; (3) you do not pay amounts due under this agreement; (4) you do not abide by the Acceptable Use Policy or you violate other terms of this agreement; or (5) for Limited Offerings, the Subscription becomes inactive from your failure to access the Online Services as described in the Offer Details. If one or more of these conditions occurs, then:
  • For Limited Offerings, we may suspend your use of the Online Services, your Subscription and your account immediately without notice.
  • If any issues arise with your subscription, we will suspend only the necessary part of the online services for the minimum required time. Prior to suspending your subscription, we will notify you unless immediate suspension is deemed necessary. In the event of non-payment, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before suspending your subscription. If the reasons for the suspension are not fully resolved within 60 days after suspension, we may terminate your subscription and delete your customer data without any retention period. Additionally, if your use of the online services is suspended more than twice within a 12-month period, we may also terminate your subscription.


We are able to ship our products to almost any address worldwide, but please be aware that there may be restrictions on certain items that cannot be shipped internationally.

The estimated delivery time for orders placed online or through our customer service department depends on various factors, such as the shipping method chosen, destination, and time of order placement. While many of our products are shipped on the same day, please find below the estimated processing and delivery timeframes for each shipping method:

  • Ground: 1-2 days processing time. 4-10 business days for delivery
  • Express Saver: 1-2 days processing time. 2-3 business days for delivery
  • Standard Overnight: 1-2 days processing time. 1 business day for delivery.
